Budget Calendar
terms of use

Last updated September 9, 2026  ·  Applies to Budget Calendar for Android, published by LITrenders (Bruno Camargo).

The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and LITrenders (Bruno Camargo), the developer of Budget Calendar. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not install it — and if you have, uninstalling it ends the agreement.

Google Play's own terms apply on top of these, as the store you obtained the app from.

Your licence to use the app

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Budget Calendar on devices you control, for your own use. The app is licensed, not sold. LITrenders keeps all rights in the app, its code, its artwork, its name and its logo.

What you agree not to do

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense or repackage the app, or publish a modified build of it.
  • Use the app to break the law, or in a way that damages, overloads or interferes with any service it relies on.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or attribution in the app.

Purchases

Budget Calendar is distributed through Google Play. If a paid version or in-app purchase is offered in future, it is sold and billed by Google Play, under Google's terms and refund policy — LITrenders never handles your payment details. Any such purchase will be described on the store listing before you buy it.

Not financial advice

Budget Calendar is a planning and record-keeping tool. It does not give financial advice, and nothing it displays — including converted amounts and projections — is a recommendation or a guarantee.

Exchange rates come from a third-party source and are indicative. They can be delayed, rounded or wrong, and they will not match the rate your bank or card issuer actually applies. Do not rely on the app for a transaction that matters without checking the real rate. Check your own figures before making a decision with money.

What you create

Every entry, amount and note you record in Budget Calendar belongs to you. It is stored on your device; LITrenders does not receive it, host it, moderate it or claim any right in it. The flip side is that it is yours to look after: if you lose your device or clear the app's data without a backup, that content is gone, and it cannot be restored from our side because we never had it.

Availability, updates and the end of the road

Budget Calendar is offered as it is, when it is available. Features can change, and an update can add, alter or remove them. Support for old versions, old devices or old Android releases can end.

If the app is ever discontinued, it will be announced on this site with as much notice as circumstances allow. A copy already installed keeps working for as long as your device and Android let it.

No warranty

Budget Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. You use it at your own risk.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Where such law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, they apply and this section does not override them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LITrenders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits or lost time arising from your use of Budget Calendar. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10.

Ending the agreement

You end it by uninstalling the app. LITrenders may end it if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability — survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, which it may.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change when the app changes. The current version always lives at this URL, with the date it took effect at the top. Continuing to use Budget Calendar after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, uninstall it.
